Event Hotels have been the place to come together for several years. For a meeting, training or a nice event. And we are still! But a little adapted. What are we doing?*

We have always been careful for hygiene and we are going one step further now we have even closer to cleaning cycles in our Event Hotels and disinfect, especially light switches, elevator buttons and other areas in public areas every half hour. Our online check-in stations and credit card terminals are also cleaned after each use.

In the public areas, in the guest rest rooms and in the rooms you will find numerous donors with disinfectants.

And there are regular tours in all high-frequented areas such as the fifts etc. which are disinfected.

Responsible together!*

It is important to inform the participants well so that they feel welcome and safe. At the latest one day before the meeting begins we will send a message to our contact person of the organizer in which we will communicate the guidelines so that it can be shared with the participants.

There will be topics communicated like “When will I arrive?”, “Where can I park?”, “Which meeting room do we use?” And “When is my room available?”.

1.5 meters away!

“1.5 meters away” naturally also applies in and around the hotel. And we do that together. The hotel has signage indicating the route. For example “One-way street” or “You can stand here”. This is clearly affixed using floor stickers.

We kindly ask you to observe the distance markings in the lobby and all public areas should there be any waiting times.

Depending on the region, either buffets, à la carte or packaged and served per person. Local, healthy and delicious!

Breakfast & Lunch *

We currently do not serve buffets, at least not with self-service. Of course, food and drinks remain tasty, local and varied. Breakfast and lunch can be taken away, for example during a walk or on the terrace. We can also serve lunch in the meeting room, packed per person, or we can reserve seats in the restaurant. Gladly tailored to your wishes.

The dinner*

We serve dinner in the restaurant and are happy to discuss your wishes. The availabilities in the restaurants are currently limited by restrictions, just contact us – we will be happy to arrange times and duration of the dinner. Of course, as always, we take your nutritional needs into account.

The marketplaces *

You can also get various snacks and drinks all day long in our brand places in the hotels.

Use of the conference rooms

The conference room *

We take into account the prescribed minimum distance per participant. The meeting room is completely cleaned before arrival and smooth surfaces are disinfected. Hand gel and disinfectant spray are available in the room. We ventilate and clean the rooms during the breaks.
