2. Eligibility to Participate
Participants must be at least 18 years of age, and a resident of Germany, Austria or Switzerland. Participation in this competition is subject to only the Terms and Conditions as stated here. By participating you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Excluded from participation in the competition are the legal representatives and employees, from those in charge of the competition to retailers and company partners, as well as those involved in the processing of the campaign and all family members of the above mentioned persons.
3. Competition Entry Period
The deadline for entries (date and time) is published in the newsletter and/or the Facebook post and/or an Instagram post and/or on the competition landing page.
4. Execution and Processing
Every participant who fulfills the entry terms and conditions in either the Newsletter and/or Facebook post and/or Instagram post and/or competition landing page (by either clicking “like” and/or commenting on the post and/or using the hashtag and/or posting a certain photo and/or signing up for the newsletter and/or answering a question correctly and/or filling out an entry form) goes in the draw to win.
The competition is drawn after the entry deadline of each competition as per the date given in the newsletter and/or Facebook post and/or Instagram post and/or on the competition landing page. The winner will be informed within seven (7) days of the competition closing, via email and/or via comment in the competition post. For the timely processing of the prize, the winner must supply his/her contact details (email address, postal address, telephone number) within three (3) days after notification of winning to the email address email@example.com. Should these details not be supplies within this period, the staff responsible for the campaign reserve the right to award the prize to another competition participant instead. The prize is not transferable to third parties. No cash payment or transfer to an alternative prize is possible.
A voucher for an overnight stay / Food & Beverage Voucher in one of the Event Hotels. The choice of hotel and services are displayed in the newsletter and/or Facebook post and/or Instagram post and/or on the competition landing page.
The transport to and from the prize destination is not included. The prizes do not have a defined value. (For example: for a recommended retail price at the beginning of the competition; there will be no payment of a difference in retail price in the case of a price reduction).
6. Entry Deadline/Amendment of the Competition
The organiser reserves the right to disqualify participants and to exclude participants, who when entering the competition, manipulate or attempt to manipulate the system and/or the prize draw, or breach the entry terms and conditions or attempt to influence the prize draw in an unfair manner. The organiser reserves the right to end the competition prematurely, completely or partially, disregarding any deadlines, or the organiser may amend the competition process in the case that that it cannot guarantee the orderly processing of the competition due to technical (such as viruses affecting computer systems, manipulation or errors in the hardware or software systems) or legal circumstances. If such a termination of the competition is caused by the actions of a participant, the organiser may demand compensation of the damages that they have caused. The organiser reserves the right to award an equivalent prize of the same value as the advertised prize, in the case that it is no longer possible for the organiser to award that prize.

Your details and email address are saved and handled with confidentiality for competition prize processing by Event Hospitality Management Holding GmbH & Co KG represented by Crusader Investments B.V. (responsible authority according to the § 3 Paragraph 7 Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (Federal Data Protection Law) (BDSG)). The supplied information will be used to contact the winner, as well as for the delivery and administration of the prize. Additionally, the campaign managers may contact participants via email, Facebook or Instagram. Questions, comments or complaints about this competition should be exclusively directed toward the campaign managers. At any time you may request information about, alteration, or deletion of your saved personal details, in writing, so long as these details are not necessary for the processing of the business relationship.
Participants can also register for the newsletter as part of the competition. For this Event Hospitality Management Holding GmbH & Co KG uses your name and email address to send you the newsletter. Each participant can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the “Unsubscribe Button” (which is included in each newsletter) or unsubscribe via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Upon delivery of the prize the organisers free themselves of any responsibilities, as long as they have not already done so in accordance with these terms and conditions. Participants are responsible for providing contact details that are correct. In the case that the prize can not be delivered due to an error in the provided contact details, the winner no longer has any entitlement to receiving the prize. Those responsible for the campaign are not liable for technical problems or other problems that may occur outside of their sphere of influence. The organiser is not liable for any material defects and/or title defects to the prize which has been donated to them by a business partner. The organiser is not responsible for the insolvency of a business partner, nor the possibly resulting consequences on the processing and execution of the competition.
With the handover of the prize to a courier service, there is always a chance possibility that the prize could go missing, which would result in a unfortunate outcome for the winner.
The organiser is not liable for damages which result from the organiser, or organiser’s helpers, whether deliberate or grossly negligent or through the violation of material contractual obligations. These limitations to liability are not valid for damages caused by loss of life or health. The limitations to liability listed above are valid for damages caused by mistakes, delays or interruptions in the conveyance of personal data, etc. or via disturbances to technical equipment or services, incorrect content, loss or deletion of details or by a virus. For travel prizes, the organiser is not liable for the consequences of a legitimate alteration of the available travel offer, or the justified cancellation of travel through the travel agent. There is no possibility of payed compensation of the value of the trip.
There is no legal right of appeal. This competition is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should individual terms and conditions be invalid or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms remain unaffected. The winner is responsible for the possible taxation of the prize. These terms and conditions, including the competition mechanics, present the concluding rules of this competition. Should any of these terms be invalid or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions remain unchanged.
