The opinion of our guests is close to our hearts – it is the key to continuously improving our services. We place great importance on transparency, openness, and respectful communication regarding reviews.

On our hotel website, we publish reviews about our hotel – in the spirit of transparency and to fulfil our duty to provide information, we would like to share the following details:

Authenticity of Reviews
The authenticity of the reviews has not been verified by us.

Selection of Published Reviews
Guests who book directly with us and stay at our hotel receive an email invitation after their stay from our service provider, TrustYou GmbH, Schmellerstraße 9, 80337 Munich, to participate in a review. These guests can give a rating on a scale from 1 to 10.
TrustYou does not pre-select or editorially filter reviews. Reviews containing unlawful, offensive, or promotional content are removed.
To ensure authenticity, TrustYou uses both automated verification processes and manual moderation, including random checks.
All reviews – whether positive or negative – are provided in full and without alteration. The overall rating is the average of all individual ratings submitted within the last 24 months.
On our website, we publish, via the automated systems of TrustYou GmbH, a selection of reviews. We only publish reviews from guests who rated their hotel stay positively – i.e., reviews that received more than 8 points on TrustYou’s 1-to-10 rating scale.
